Once you get promoted, there is two choices you must make.

You wouldn't notice that you made that decision until someone goes right up to your face and tell you.

1. MAKE A STAND. Complete the responsibilities that were given to you, be an example and do whatever that is right. Correct the wrong, please your superiors, treat yourself the last. Be selfless and try to think on both sides of something.

or,

2. BE NONCHALANT. Treat your friends and support them even if you know that it is wrong. Please your friends so that they wouldn't leave you. Try not to scold them when they are wrong. Ignore your responsibilities, to avoid your friends from misunderstanding.

I never thought it would be this hard. I always thought I could do both. Please all my friends, AND complete my responsibilities. Turns out that I completely ignored my own responsibilities. 

"You didn't choose to make a stand, you chose to let your social life overrule your judgement." 

...another way to say that I wasn't responsible.

I feel useless. I don't know how I should feel.

Please don't hate me for doing my job.

The one thing I can't stand is people hating me.

I will get super depressed when people hate me.

Sigh, I wish I knew what I meant.

But hey, I'm still the happy, into-the-moment, ever-smiling and laughing loudly, mono-emotion freak =)
